About us

Novo Lumen is an experienced and versatile production company for complementary and nutritional supplements. We produce the most diverse recipes, both for the human and veterinary (inter)national market. In addition to production, you can also contact us for advice on the development of new products. We take care of the entire process. From concept to end product, in large and small quantities and volumes. Novo Lumen was created in 2011 from a merger between the companies Lumen Naturae and Biosana. Lumen has even been active in the trade and production of herbal preparations since 1925.
Our philosophy

Novo Lumen combines traditional rules and old values with innovative techniques and modern insights.
The classic "Fac lege artis" (according to the rules of the art) is still an important guideline. One of the companies from which Novo Lumen originated, Lumen Naturae, has its roots in the beginning of the last century. Many of their original recipes were collected by a monk. We still use this traditional knowledge and combine it with innovative production methods and further developed insights. Natural ingredients, biological availability and user-friendliness are important starting points here.

In addition to Western phytotherapeutic products, we also have many years of experience in preparing formulas with vitamins, minerals, plant extracts and Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCM).
We produce products for a wide range of animals. For cats and dogs, ponies and horses, and even penguins and dolphins. Liquids, powders and tablets find their way to the animals almost daily.
What we do
We offer a complete trajectory: from R&D to production of tablets, capsules, powders, herbal teas, tinctures, syrups and other products. We also take care of packaging and logistics, with shipping to customer or end user.
