Development
In our R & D department we develop new products and improve existing products. In addition, we have the knowledge and expertise to efficiently produce the most diverse recipes but also to test their effectiveness. The basis for this is the years of experience in composing and optimising recipes in collaboration with experienced pharmacists. For the scientific substantiation and reporting we work together with a team of experts.
PRODUCTION
From large quantities to very small productions: our company and our machines are set up for this. We produce: tablets, capsules, powders, herbal teas, tinctures, syrups and other products.
Tablets
We have almost all tablet shapes in stock, whether it concerns tablets of 80 mg or tablets of 2600 mg, oblong, oval or round tablets. Flat or convex, with or without a break groove. You can even contact us for tablets with your own logo or signature. We can also provide tablets with a coating to mask an unpleasant smell or taste. We fill the products for you in jars of your choice or blister strips, but we also supply the tablets in bulk. We would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
Capsules
We also have capsules in different types and sizes. Gelatin, vegetarian capsules, transparent or colored capsules. It is also possible to produce a combination of two colors in one capsule.
POWDERS
Sometimes it is preferable to deliver a preparation as a powder. The dosage is then determined by the choice of the measuring scoop. With some powders we use taste corrections to make the use more pleasant. If the powder is dissolved or put in a shake there are specific product properties that we can advise on.
Herbal teas
Herbal tea is one of the oldest presentation forms of herbs. When mixing herbal teas it is important to guard the homogeneity of composed recipes. If desired, we fill the herbs in herb bags with window.
Tinctures
Novo Lumen has extensive experience in preparing herbal tinctures. Each herb has its specific alcohol percentage to make the extraction as effective as possible. We have a very wide range of single tinctures in stock. From these, compound complex formulas are made. It is also possible to make single simplex tinctures with specific concentrations. We fill them for you in bottles with pipette, insert dropper or deliver in bulk.
Liquid preparations
In addition to tinctures, we also prepare other liquid presentation forms. For example, syrups, tonics or suspensions. But also oil mixtures for internal or external use.
Fulfilment
One of our strengths is that we can also take care of the entire fulfillment process for you after production. In its entirety or in parts. Sometimes we deliver in bulk and sometimes customers deliver the packaging for filling. But it is increasingly common for us to completely unburden the customer by taking care of the fulfillment process.
Filling/ Blistering
For many customers we also provide packaging material. Jars, blisters, pipette bottles in all sizes and volumes. Limitless flexibility is our starting point. Whether it concerns large or small quantities, supplied by yourself or purchased by us: nothing is too far for us. You may be surprised by our prices, after all we can bundle packaging orders so that we can purchase in large quantities in bulk.
Labeling
Naturally, you want your products to be recognisably packaged. In addition, there are legal requirements for, for example, the listing of active substances, side effects and leaflets. Novo Lumen can also advise the customer in this process, both in images (photos, house style, graphics or logos) and in the text. Benefit from our knowledge and experience.
Packaging and distribution
We have extensive experience in sending our productions. Whether it is to various distribution points in the world, or to the end user. We always look for the form of distribution that best suits our customer. The entire shipping process is also made transparent via track and trace.
